What counts as an email in my monthly limit?

Only emails that our AI processes count towards your limit. Regular emails, newsletters, and other non-invoice emails are ignored and don't count towards your monthly quota.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?

Yes, you can change your plan anytime. When upgrading, you'll be charged a prorated amount. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.

What happens if I exceed my email limit?

We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your limit. If you exceed it, we'll process all emails but suggest upgrading to a higher plan for the next month.

Is there a setup fee or contract?

No setup fees, no contracts. You can cancel anytime and only pay for what you use. Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation.

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or students?
