How do I get started with InvoiceTracker?
Getting started is simple! Sign up for a free account, connect your email using our secure OAuth integration, and our AI will immediately start monitoring for invoices. The setup takes less than 5 minutes.
What happens during the 14-day free trial?
During your trial, you get full access to Professional plan features including unlimited email processing, premium AI accuracy, and all integrations. No credit card required, and you can cancel anytime.
Which email providers do you support?
We support Outlook/Office 365, Gmail/Google Workspace, Exchange Server, and any IMAP/POP3 email provider. Our OAuth integration ensures secure access without storing your passwords.
Is it safe to connect my email account?
Absolutely! We use industry-standard OAuth 2.0 authentication, never store your email passwords, and only process emails that our AI identifies as invoices. Your email content is processed in memory and never permanently stored.
How accurate is your AI in detecting invoices?
Our AI maintains a 99.8% accuracy rate through advanced natural language processing and machine learning. It continuously learns from patterns and improves over time. False positives are rare and easily corrected.
What information does the AI extract from invoices?
Our AI extracts invoice numbers, amounts, due dates, vendor information, line items, tax amounts, and payment terms. It also categorizes expenses and can identify duplicate invoices.
How do I connect to my accounting software?
Go to Settings > Integrations, select your accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, etc.), and follow the OAuth authorization process. Most integrations are set up in under 3 minutes.
Can I export data if my accounting software isn't supported?
Yes! You can export data to CSV, Excel, PDF, or Google Sheets. We also provide a REST API for custom integrations. New accounting software integrations are added regularly.
What counts toward my monthly email limit?
Only emails that our AI processes for invoice detection count toward your limit. Regular emails, newsletters, and spam are ignored. If you exceed your limit, we'll process all emails but suggest upgrading.
Can I change my plan anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
How do you protect my data?
We use bank-level security with AES-256 encryption, SOC 2 Type II certification, and GDPR compliance. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with regular security audits and penetration testing.
Why isn't my invoice being detected?
Check that the email contains invoice keywords, has an attachment or embedded invoice, and isn't in spam. Our AI learns from corrections, so marking missed invoices helps improve accuracy.
How do I report a problem or get support?
